Take a clear photo of your midsection in the app, and our AI analyzes it to generate your Abs Score out of 100, an estimated body-fat percentage, and a breakdown across Upper Abs, Lower Abs, Obliques, Deep Core, and V-Taper.
Your Abs Score is an AI-generated estimate based on the photo you submit. Lighting, angle, and pose can all affect results, so scores are best used to track relative progress over time rather than as an exact medical measurement.
From the Home tab, tap "Re-scan" on your score card to submit a new photo. Your new score will be added to your scan history and progress chart automatically.
Your workout plan is built around your score breakdown, targeting your weaker areas (like Lower Abs or Obliques) with specific exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods to help even out and improve your overall score.
Go to the Nutrition tab and tap "Log a meal." You can log meals to track calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) against your daily targets.
The AI Coach is a chat feature where you can ask questions about your workouts, nutrition, or progress and get personalized, automated guidance. It's available from the Coach tab at any time.
The leaderboard ranks users by Abs Score using display names only — your scan photos are never shown to other users. You can opt out of the leaderboard at any time in app settings.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play). To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's subscription settings directly — we're unable to process billing changes from our end.
No. Abmaxxing does not currently offer a free trial. You're charged immediately when you subscribe to either the weekly ($4.99/week) or yearly ($39.99/year) plan.
You can delete individual scans, meal logs, or workout history from within the app. To request full account and data deletion, email us using the contact details below.
