These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Abmaxxing mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), available on iOS and Android, developed and operated by the Abmaxxing Team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Abmaxxing. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

No Free Trial: Abmaxxing does not offer a free trial. You will be charged immediately upon subscribing, at the rate corresponding to the plan you select.
Subscription purchases are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, turn off auto-renewal, or request a refund, please use your device's subscription settings or contact Apple/Google support directly, as we do not have the ability to process payments or refunds on their platforms.
"User Content" includes photos you submit for scanning, meal logs, workout data, messages to the AI Coach, and any other information you provide. By submitting User Content, you:

Abmaxxing is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device or service. Abs Scores, body-fat estimates, workout plans, nutrition targets, and AI Coach responses are generated by automated systems and are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They are estimates and may not be accurate. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
If you choose to participate in the leaderboard, your display name and Abs Score (not your photos) may be visible to other users of the App. You may opt out of leaderboard participation at any time in app settings.
The Application, including its design, features, AI models, graphics, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by the Abmaxxing Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period, except as required by law or platform policy.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated scores or recommendations will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Abmaxxing Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including reliance on any Abs Score, body composition estimate, workout plan, or nutrition recommendation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Abmaxxing Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
